The compact Canon RS-80E3 remote switch is designed to avoid camera shake so you can capture telephoto, macro or long exposure images. It works just like the camera shutter. You can press it halfway to focus, then press it fully to take the picture. There is also the option to lock the button in the closed position, which is handy in Bulb mode and during continuous shooting. The length of the cable is 80cm.
